I am so tired all I want to do is sleep I'm on 200 mg of sertraline.. I am never hungry. My weight stays the same I don't want to go anywhere because I'm too tired what should I do
I have been in the same situation it has been such a struggle I am getting worn out. Maybe you need to drop the dosage done to 150mg. I was taking 150 and my appetite was really bad. Dropped down to 100mg felt a little better. Still not right I can feel it. I also started taking Mirtazapine 15mg at night. I sleep ok but hard to get up early still. I do understand what you are going through.

I have been on sertraline for four and a half months. Starting at 50 and gradually increasing to 200. The new dr took me off seroxat he said they were the worst tabs i could take. I have suffered terribly on sertaline. I had to have an hysterectomy during this time. I dont know how i coped. I have made an appointment to ser anothet dr in the hope he will put me back on seroxat
