Last week, during sex, I had my penis rotate because my partner was sitting on my penis. It was painful at first but I was not in pain after that. There is a bulge on my penis in width that I do not know what. Please help, I'm anxious and stressed. I'm 44 years old and this is the first time this has happened. I do not have any internal bleeding or tilting of the penis.
My guess is that the skin has detached and has a liquid fill it (like a blister does).
