Had a revision on my right hip after a replacement 4 years ago. Had a psoas release 2 years ago didn’t help the recurring hip pain. Replaced ball and socket in May this year after consultation that sizing was wrong on implant. After the surgery had no feeling in leg and couldn’t lift it. My leg is still numb and I can’t lift it to get in/out car or get dressed. Graduated from walker to a cane but major difficulty getting around. Anyone else have similar experience or suggestions? Extremely frustrated!!!

so sorry to hear about your misfortune. that is the main reason i have been hesitant to have this surgery. for me, right now, that risk does not out weigh the pain and ache (which i get after long activity). Best of luck to you.
So sorry! You think you are doing the right thing getting surgery for correction and get a rude awakening!
