Rib muscle spasm?

So I finally went back to football training last night and I actually felt fine throughout! 

However, after and today I've been getting this spasm kind of feeling in my ribs? It doesn't hurt at all but feel like there's something moving (I know it sounds silly) 

I dunno if this is because I've done exercise and worked muscle or not and typical me I googled it and it came up with all these illnesses and heart related things.. 

Activity and excercise is a great way to beat this disorder. You are on the right path. I would not worry about the small stuff as it could be just a spasm like you said. If it continues see your trainer or your doctor as I am sure it's nothing serious. Don't feed into it. It's nothing until it's actually proven to be something. But kudos to you for getting back out there. You should be very proud of yourself.

Brilliant that you're back into sports - and I bet that the exercise pulled a muscle.

I can't think of any cardiac problems which match what you describe, so please try not to worry. This sensation will go away on its own.
