does anyone have rib pain?? i mean its like one side is broke but theres no way. i havent injured myself. just came outta nowhere. is that part of this??

yes I have terrible upper back ache through the spine and around my ribs for over a week now I don’t know if your back also hurts but definitely I’m having the rib pain also my came out of nowhere just like you I haven’t hurt myself in any way and I’ve been like this for more than a week and a half it’s just horrible .
YES. it’s my left side mostly. I had pain for months in back ribs and under front left rib. then the health anxiety kicked in. I convinced myself it was a terrible disease. even went to ER. had a cat scan, all normal. The pain went away for about 8 months, then started again. I had to reel myself in, knowing it was just part of this new normal. Certainly. get it checked for peace of mind, if nothing else. Every few months it seems something new. hang in there! you aren’t alone🙂
I’ve had the same. Try a chiropractor. You could have a rib out. It helped me quite a bit.
I have exactly the same discomfort in the same area you describe. I’m going for a CT scan tomorrow. Did you injure yourself? I’ve done nothing, except panic that I have bone cancer or liver cancer or pancreatic cancer or something else equally horrific.
