Two days ago, I got this sudden horrible stomach ache that came out of nowhere, and suddenly I was desperate for the toilet. It wasn’t like a gradual stomach ache, it just came on instantly in full force. I thought it was diarrhoea, but initially the stools came out solid, followed by diarrhoea. The stomach pain went away after it. 

Soon after there seemed to be this kind of dull ache/cramp in my general abdomin. The following day (yesterday) the ache became specific to the right side of my abdomin, and more discomforting.

Since yesterday I’ve still got it. It’s not constant, it comes and goes. It’s not painful, rather it’s more of a discomforting ache, and very noticeable, like someone grabbing onto my insides really hard. 

Also, since I had diarrhoea following that horrible stomach ache two days ago, I’m pretty sure I’m constipated. I haven’t had any bowel movements since then, despite feeling the need to yesterday. I’m urinating fine, though. My temperature is normal, around the 33-34 Celsius region.
