Right anterior knee pain

Today as I was walking down stairs I missed a step and landed odd on my right leg. Ever since I have had pain in my right knee. Most of the pain is where I call the dip (or where you can put your finger and push in a little). Any idea as to what this may be?

I did this just stepping off a curb. I felt a POP, and PAIN right away.

We went swimming shortly after, and the cool water felt good.

Eight years later I DTILL feel the pain. It comes and goes.

Nobody has given me any idea about what it is, but other problems have placed me in the TKR Club, getting BOTH KNEES replaced.

I suspect yours, like mine, is a torn meniscus. Go see a doctor, and MAYBE you will get a diagnosis.

I hope you feel better very soon and that it is nothing serious.

Have you had a knee replacement

You need an me I asap so you can get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Something like yours wont heal itself properly and the long term effects could make your pain and lifestyle very difficult. If you watch sporting events you notice the leg athletes spend a long period of time stretching. That's to avoid problems like yours. Unfortunately, most of us hip out of her and take off on a tear never thinking our poor joints and soft tissue need help. Don't delay getting professional help before you make it worse.
