right ear pain

I have been getting recurring ear pain in my right ear for over a year it comes on sudden and is there for a day or so then goes and comes back 3-4 times a month its driving me insane and it is very painful

any advice would be appreciated thanks

Does your ear feel blocked at the same time? You could compare your hearing by using the phone on each ear in turn during a conversation.

Consultant, you should ask for referral, they have the equipment to see what's going on inside you ear
