great thread! new to this, but i am experiencing similar symptoms: discomfort right back under rib, feels like a bit if pressure, about 3 inches above bottom of rib cage, blood work ok, can feel it when i drive, as the pressure of the seat makes me uncomfortable ... get a bit of indigestion, and just dont feel 100 %... hope to get some answers!
Get an ultrasound done of whole abdomen.
If the report is normal, consult a gastroenterologist to diagnose and treat this issue you are facing.
