hello, new to the group . i will be grateful to hear of anybody that has had diverticulitis with a flare up of colitis.
i had a flare up lasting 4 weeks a course of antibiotics and a months worth of antispasmodic tablets. the pain was horrendous, was checked for appendicitis but ruled out. ovarian cancer blood test negative but taken due to the area of pain the swelling and bloating. i still get rightsided pain (diet not good) but buscopan helps.
