I had my gallbladder removed on 5/2/26 and generally that was ok. However I have struggled to sleep since and on 13/3/26 I took Nytol tablets and tried to sleep. Later in the night i tried 20ml Night Nurse. Later that day I started to experience pain in the right hand shoulder blade which comes and goes. I have been to A&E who did a LFT test on 16/3/26 and 20/3/26 with ALT, ALP, Bilirubin and Albumin all normal levels.
i have arranged to see a liver consultant on 7/4/26 but at present I am really struggling what to do next. I’m concerned I have possible liver inflammation causing the deferred pain in the shoulder. I don’t have jaundice and don’t want to sit in A&E to get a blood test again to be told everything is fine.
really worried this is going on for nearly 2 weeks now. Any advice and wish I never took the Night Nurse
