I’m on Sertraline 100mg feeling extremely tired and low concentration I think it’s low iron? I have brought iron tablets and berroca dissolving vitamins too I am taking them every day and tonight I’ve had an awful onset of extreme ringing in ears almost making me deaf is this a reaction or am I just panicking

I have low iron I’m in tablets for it but I’ve suffered with ringing in my ears ever since I started taking them,the more i concentrate on it the more I notice it’s there but I suffer from health anxiety which makes it worse because I’m constantly thinking something is wrong with me
