Ringing in my ears

Taking 40mg meds for anxiety. Also taking ambien to sleep. Having terrible ringing in my ears. Anyone have any suggestion what it’s from? Any solutions?

Depends on 40mgs of what? Some meds can cause tinnitus in ears. I have it.

Thanks for responding Ann. I take fluexatine. Hoping I won’t have to change meds. How do you deal with it on a daily basis. There’s days that is all I can focus on.

I have been dealing with it for a long time, you get used to it given time. Mine has never fone away, changes pitch from time to time bu thats all.

Have you tried any type of medications for it? Do you know what yours is caused from? Thanks for helping me.
