I am 52 now I started at 39 going through perimenopause. I have and lot of ringing in my ears everyday does any of you ladies have the ringing in the ears.

how you doing what other symptoms you have because I have more than one. I have pain in my left shoulder I can’t sleep to much at night I have a gasses stomach. I even have a bag under my left eye the list go on and on it to much for one person can handled. I hope all of ladies that’s on here get better real soon.

Hi yes have the ringing in my ears when my symptoms are bad , its awful , also have bad back and hip pain , gassy tummy , nausea , sinus problems , high bp , anxiety , dark thoughts and dreams , jerking awake gasping for air , the list goes on , have had all these mad awful symptoms , am 53 , and been like this for about 4 years now , menses getting fewer an far between , just want me back , dont recognise who i am anymore xxx

i have most of these symptoms or have had. i do also have the left are pain. that paired with my anxiety has sent me to the er a few times. yes tummy troubles bloated like im expecting :pleading_face: the list is long. i started taking cbd for sleep. it works amazing for me but before cbd i would be up all hours of the night.

have you heard of human super beets? they come in a chew or power. i was all of a sudden struggling with high blood pressure. i refused to take their pills just because menopause gives me enough symptoms i didnt need more. i heard the super beets hold a lot of healthy property’s so i bought some. took my 2 chews in the morning waited 20 mins took my bp… it usually runs 137 to 145 over 85 to 93… it was a shocking 113/80. its normal every day i take it since adding the super beets. just wanted to share. it does more then that but that is what i was praying it would help most with.

Lastnight i went to the emergency room arm hurting heart racing they draw blood and did testes again once again they didn’t see nothing everything was good. One my oldest sister are going through the same thing she said two her ginger got numb in pain in her lower back and pain in her shoulder. She told me to get in a women’s clinic in they will tell you everything about menopause.
