On 24 April 2018, I had sex with a prostitute without vaginal or anal sex. We had deep kissing, I put my penis inside her mouth without protection and I put my fingers inside her vagina.I did not know her HIV status and I came to know that HIV can tramit from mouth if she had sore.
Symptoms: I have resistent swollen lymph nodes for more than one month with blisters at throat with bad smell of mouth with white color. Also the throat color is dark red till now.
On 19 June 2018 (8 weeks after exposure) I went to ENT specialist who advised HIV test, Syphillis test and throat swap culture.
I can read on HIV test non reactive and method is CMIA. Also Syphillis test is non reactive and throat culture is normal. Doctor said she doubts acid reflux but I took BPI medicine with no improvement. Beginig of July I had canker sore on left tonsil, also I have ridges on some nails. Now I had some difficulty swallowing so I went to GP and he said I had pus on my tonsils without fever and very mild swallow so I am taking antibiotic for 4 days. I think pus has gone but left cancker sores on tonsils.
Question:
1-Is CMIA test conclusive after 8 weeks?
2-What is the possibility of error with CMIA test?
3- What are the possible cause of my symptoms?
4- Did any body tested negative after 8 weeks of exposure then positive at 12 weeks?
