Has anyone taken this med? Did it help with racing thoughts and unreality feeling?

It's an atypical antiphyscotic. It's an off lable use for it. I'm just scared to try it. I just want the non stop racing thoughts to be under control.
yeah just becareful did your dr prescribe it ?
It definitely helped me for about 15 years and now I'm taking it's relative.
