I've recently been put on an increased dose of risperidone. I'm not entirely clear as to why. On one hand I feel more relaxed and don't get a agitated about things going on my life. But on the other I have some stomach issues and feel quite drowsy in the afternoon. Does anyone else on this identify with this and does it clear up after a few weeks?

I was on risperidone for a while and the stomach thing goes away. I felt really sedated on it.
I now take aripiprazole as I find it is less sedating. I am able to work on this antipsychotic, as I struggled on risperidone.
