# Rotator cuff injury

I fell a few months ago and i have a f

ull thickness tear of the tendon, ive been failed miserably by my GP practice ive waited ridiculous length of time for an ultrasound scan and ended up going to a clinic out of my area just so i could be seen, im in a great amount of pain and im currently taking 4 tramadol a day which helps slightly but its the night time when its at its worse I haven’t had a full nights sleep for weeks, ive now been referred to orthopedics as MSK couldn’t do anything for me i couldn’t even get a steroid injection has anyone else got experience of this injury and any pain relief tips , im running out of options here thank you for reading.
