To be clear, I think its a rug burn, but it could be an irritation to a certain extent or anything else; the first layer of skin has been rubbed off of the areas that i have listed and on the foreskin section that's hurt, its injured to the point where its bleeding but only to the extent of it making it more red and the blood being visible on toilet paper or a tissue.
I got a rug burn on my penis(I think), one on the base of the tip and one on my foreskin about a centimeter directly under the first one when foreskin is fully stretched out. I've washed them to the best I can, they hurt like holy hell when touched so I couldn't wash too much without feeling like my dick was being stabbed and torched at the same time. I don't have any neosporin so I used Vaseline(lip therapy petroleum jelly aloe vera Vaseline) and have it so the foreskin is over the tip. From here, I haven't done anything else and thought I'd just ask here before the option of seeing a doctor.
