Seems like everythema I feel anxiety all I do is run. Not sure how or why but I have seemed to avoid or rather escape everything just by ignoring it. How is that even possible,wish I could figure this out.
Does running relieve your anxiety? If so, that must be your coping mechanism. Nothing wrong with that.
now for some people including myself, when I try Escaping anxiety,it still comes back. What helps me is to acknowledge to myself and I am feeling anxious but then I imagine the anxiety and negative thoughts floating off and dissolving.
