Hello I've been recommended sage for hot flushes. My only issue is finding tablets of a small size. Everything I've ever bought from the vitamin section has ended up in the bin because its too big to swallow! Does anyone have any recommendations for brands that sell small tablets??

clearwave on amazon do a great tiny tablet once a day and i get three months supply for what others charge for onethey have reduced my flushes by 90 % i also do deep breathing at night when flushes were at their worst

I take Menoforce by Avogel, you can get them in a health shop and they are a reasonable size.

Try Clearwave Sage tablets on Amazon. They are literally the tiniest tablets I’ve ever seen - much easier to take than those humongous horse pill-type calcium/vit d ones etc!
