so ive been with the same partner for 12 years then this showed up. it was a boil then i guess it popped or erupted and now it looks like this. im scared thats its herpes

Have you ever been test for HSV?
Do you or your partner have oral cold sores?

know that herpes can hide for weeks, months, and even sometimes years before it shows up as physical symptoms. over 80% of people with Hsv2 do not know they have it, so just because youve recently seen something doesn’t mean youve just recently contracted the virus if this is indeed herpes. i would recommend watching yourself and taking notes on how long the sores show up for and how like they take to heal and trying to see a doctor to be tested. save these pictures and taken them in with you. only a doctor can give you the facts you need to fully understand what your dealing with here.
