I had orif surgery about a year ago and wondered if it is ok to go into a sauna or steam room
any advice greatly appreciated

I’ve done it many times. No issues at all. I’m less than a year out.

Hi, I was 5 months post ORIF when I started using steam room and jacuzzi with no issues and found the warmth helped with the ROM.
