Scab On Penis ... STD, Herpes, or Irritation

The past four days I've experienced some swelling on the left side of the tip of my penis. It itches a little in the beginning but nothing extreme. No pain when I'm peeing. I now have this bump / scab. It doesn't hurt and I wouldn't even know it was there if it wasn't visible.

Is this herpes or could it be an injury from masterbating without lube or some other STD?

I went to get tested Thursday but I'm not able to see a doctor until Wednesday. Freaking out.

It may be nothing serious, but I'd get it checked out.  You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
