Scab on scalp that’s not healing, don’t know what it is?

so ive had this scap on my scalp for as long as i can remember, it looks almost like a spot, but bleeds a lot if i pick it off, when i do it comes back a few days later. it just never heals.

any ideas on what it could be, thanks :slight_smile:

visit your doctor anything that bleeds and dosnt heal needs to be looked at even if it turns out to be nothing

i also have one like this however it doesnt bleed… like a spot that scabs over! what wad the outcome of this if you dont mind me asking?
