can anyone tell me if this is genital herpes? four painless bumps that have been there for at least three weeks, if not longer
Hard to tell, the spots look small. From experience the skin is usually irritated somewhat and spots have heads.
There is usually pain experienced in the area also.
so are you leaning towards this not being herpes? there have been no changes to the spots in that time frame. they are just sort of there.

From the photo I dont think that is Herpes. Looks like the start of Molluscum contagiosum
The small bumps are usually painless. They disappear on their own and rarely leave scars when they’re left untreated. The length of time the virus lasts varies for each person, but the bumps can remain from two months to four years.
