I have a brown spot on the head of my penis around the rim. I noticed it a few days after unprotected oral sex and protected sex. It freaked me out I went to the doctor and the doctor told me it didn't really look like anything but to keep an eye on it and see if it changes because it might be an early sign of a genital wart. It's been over six weeks and it hasn't changed. I also noticed tiny red spots all over the head but only noticeable when erect. Anyone ever go through this and have an idea on what it could be. I got tested for everything and it all came back negative. I got tested for HIV 31 days after the exposure because I was freaked out and convinced myself it was HIV and that came back negative as well. I'm still not convinced but only time will tell
The only sure fire way to know is a full battery STD test for antibodies, however if your doctor doesn't think it's anything, the worst I can imagine is it is something like balantits, a bacterial infection causing the bumps. Wash through each day and put just a small amount of cortozone or other anti bacteria ointment on and leave it sit as long as it does not react badly. If you see no improvment see your doctor and request blood work.
Did you get tested for anything besides HIV?
Yes I had a full std screening. Negative for everything. I'm afraid it could be hpv. Negative HIV test after 31 days is reassuring I think
