Scared of Rabies really can't go on like this

I find myself in a constant worry that I or my family will get rabies, we live in the uk but every time something is ordered from contries with rabies I feel like it can come via the mail or something in the shop. I'm at the breaking point I can't keep living this way is there even a risk of these situations or something....

Id say your worry is practically impossible to happen. Simiple as.

At least you don't have a fear of an organ prolapse of that the world will run out of water !!!! It's ruining me at times Hahahaha

The world is never running out of water. Ever.its impossible. It recycles.the glass you drink has probably been drunk a billion of times. Water doesnt leave eart it goes into different stages..but it is still water. So you dont even need that fear at all. unless you live in a desert then id say move.

this has nothing to do with rabies and you know it. It is an obsessive thought. Ocd. And i hope you are seeking therapy for it. Ocd is difficult to treat of you allow it to go unmanaged too long. And how on Earth can you get it from a packaged item? You can not. You need a deep bite to get it deep in you. And they can cure it. The whole fear you have is incredibly irrational. Anyway I realize it is mental illness and it is still haunting you but call it what it is OCD. The. Seek help for it.

It is extremely rare in the UK. There have only been four deaths since 2000 - all in people who were bitten by dogs abroad. The last case where someone was infected in the UK occurred in 1922, the last death from indigenous rabies was in 1902. I think youre safe. But again this really has nithing to do with rabies

Exactly see to you it's like oh we can never run out of water but to me it's a fear!!!! Just like to me I'm like oh u won't get rabies odds a low but to u it's a fear !! See how cruel the mind is !

​Rabies is transmitted in the saliva of an infected animal for example a dog or  rabbit so your fear of catching rabies from any other source is withoutt any foundation/
