Scared of what's happening

Feeling a bit strange my stomach is cramping my chest is hurting I feel like I'm going to die and it's scaring me😞

You are not dying. You are feeding into a panic attack. Focus. No thoughts allowed. Mindfullness is needed. You inhale slowly allowing your belly to rise. Hold it one second and sloely breathe out letting your tummy faltten, do not allow any what if thoughts. None. Your only focus is breathing. Everythhing you are feeling is an over exaggeration right now. An adrenaline rush. Stomachs cramo its ok they know how to uncramp. The bodys main function is to heal and return to a healthy state. It does this on its own. Your mind is messing it all up with stressful negative thoughts and making you fly into fight or flight. Breathe! Go on the net and get a mindfullness video on breathing. You will be okay. Stay in the moment, do not think. No thinking is needed. Dont be scared the body is way stringer then you realize. Inhale hold a sec then exhale. 

Everything Lisa has said is true. Please believe me when I say it's just adrenaline rushing through your body, honestly.

I've felt exactly the same on and off ( more off than on) for years. When it first started it was truly terrifying. But believe nothing bad is going to happen. Sit down and take slow deep breaths. Look on You Tube tbete's lots of good breathing techniques on there. Bless you. Take care
