Scared to go to bed!

Looking for some tips on how to cope with anxiety on waking please

I fall asleep meditating and then, when my anxiety is high when I wake up at night, I practice deep breathing. When it's high in the morning, I get up and go outside, take deep breaths, remind myself that it will pass, and sometimes I jog around my house (inside) for 5-10 mins. It's so hard to do when I'm feeling bad but it really helps me!

Hi from an anxiety sufferer! When waking,focus on your breathing! Don't rush out of bed.or what you could do is listen to calming music! Have you tried reflexology? Its very good for stress! Regards Amanda
