Hi I was prescribed duloxetine Dr 40 mg and after doing some research on it um scared to start taking it because the last drug I started was vrylar and the side effects were horrific felt like I was dying and I'm scared to start another drug for my severe anxiety and depression but at the same time I'm tired of my anxiety taking control over my life I litteraly can't do anything and don't want to do anything anymore from the constant chest pain to the lack of energy to do anything but sit there or lay there and watch tv but I really want my life back any input and support would be greatly appreciated.
Anxiety/depression - have tried many, duloxetine turned me into a zombie somstopped it becore it got any worse. Others say it works. What i do is try what is prescribed, if it isn't for you then you can discontinue, but it might be the right one.
Hi Cody, give it a try but expect side effects hopefully you will be able to handle them until they go, you've nothing to loose by giving them a good chance to help you.
What side effects will I most like get when first starting it's just scary how many side effects it can have especially since it seems everything I have tried so far has given me the worst side effects I'm really at a point tho where I want my life back.
