Scared

I am a 53 year old male with type 2 diabetes mellitus.  I'm 240lbs weight. 5'11"

Last February 3, 2017 I went to my doctor because I was peeing more than what I should be. They did a UA. They found microscopic hematuria in my urine with rbc 3-10hpf.  They sent me to a urologist.  The urologist did a rectal exam and another UA.  Then they did a CT scan of my abdominal and pelvic area,  a PSA blood draw, and a cystoscopy.  They said the only thing that they found was fatty liver, gallstones and moderate right lobe hydrothtophy of prostrate. That everything was normal.  So this reassured me for a little while. Then I started thinking they missed something.  I started running to my doctor every other day. I had a few fainting spells. Over the last year I've had 2 CT scan of my head, numerous  blood draws, and 4 chest xrays.  Everything came back normal.  Two years ago I had a colonoscopy and they found 1 polyp.  They said it had no way of becoming cancer.  They found bilateral inguinal hernias.  My normal Doctor said I was suffering from depression and anxiety.  She put me on effexor xr 37.5mg. Then she upped it to 75mg. Then sent me to a psychiatrist.  They upped it to 150mg.  Now I've had some stomach bloating and lower back pain.  Do you think they have missed something? Do you think I have cancer or is it just my anxiety? What could be causing the bloating and back pain?

Sounds very similar to me in different ways as I am female. I have been a diabetic since I was 15 so do not really fit into the normal categories ie I was really a small child but was I an adult? At that time they did not have as much information about it but I was always fainting at school since grade 6. (I live in Canada) Now I am always thirsty so I do drink a lot due to that. I became really concerned about my health and they put me on Effexor xr 37.5 mg saying it would help with my anxiety. I do not really find it does a lot but if I complain then they want to try many others which they did before we came to Effexor. I have had kidney infections and had back pain and I have some bloating also.

Oddly (so they say) I do not have protein in my urine every test just some tests. I have gallstones also. I know this might not be of much help but...you are not the only one out there!
