im constantly scared my symptoms come and go i have been diagnosed with intersitial cystitis which i had to have an mri scan and ultrasound on my kidneys i was an absolute wreck waiting for the results i cant imagine a time when i was well i get thrush constantly ive recently got pins and needles in my head i cant breath throat is so sore i dno if my cholestrol is high but everytime i go to the hospital with heart palpatations they tell me im fine and im not i feel like i have a brain tumour i get heartburn too my entire body is a mess!!
It’s all anxiety, I’ve had the same symptoms before when I’m overly anxious =( Just try and keep yourself calm as best you can. Keeping busy will distract you and help a little bit!

i find its when i sit down that i feel worse but some days i just have to lay in bed because my heart is racing so much! i cannot cope with the shortness of breath it realy troubles me
