rachel, if you have a history, any history of anxiety or underlying anxiety, your symptoms are very common unfortunately. You have had testing which is normal.
I know how scary the symptoms can be but they are NOT going to hurt you.
when we get these symptoms we can become fearful which makes everything more intense as far as the symptoms go.
fear can make the dizziness worse. I know and understand what you are going through because I have had all of your symptoms and even more.
. it’s really important to try and relax your mind so that the symptoms diminish or even go away.you need to do some breathing exercises to get in better control. There are many found on YouTube.
see if you can get yourself in a relaxed state of meditation as often as you can.
Don’t let fear take you over because everything is going to end up OK.
We have to say things out loud on purpose over and over in order to get some control. Such as
"I WILL NOT Live in fear! " it may be difficult at first but eventually the brain starts to believe whatever we tell ourselves whether it’s positive or negative.you can even find great talks on YouTube on how to obtain the proper mindset.
I highly suggest listening to something called power thoughts on YouTube by joyce meyer its excellent.
this Will pass. We are here for you. Also think about getting some virtual counseling if possible. It really helps to talk to somebody else! The counselor will be able to give you ideas also on what you can do to feel better. Take care ![]()
