I am 14, i have hyperacusis, misophonia, tourettes, anxiety, OCD and ASD. My school doesnt support me at all and i would like some advice on how to calm down and help my little sister understand whats going on.

Have your parents spoken to the school? There should be a support system for children who need a bit of extra help. My daughter is in senior school and from time to time suffers with anxiety but she goes along to the pastoral office and they help her however they can, there is also a school councillor although they are only part time. Are you in the UK?

Hi Sophie, I think your parents need to write to the school governors and explain the situation and exactly what support you are needing, spell it out to them.
They are trying but no one really listens. They are on the verge of breaking
