Sciatica, possible gynae cause?! Desperate, effecting my mental health, I am in agony!

35 year old female. I have suffered sciatica since 2017 on and off to some degree, but this year, it has suddenly worsened into a pain I can no longer live with. I have also been getting severe pain in my coccyx bone (tailbone) which has almost made me vomit on several occasions. It's become chronic pain. The pain in my right leg has stopped me walking, stopped me taking care of my beautiful dog properly, and has made me contemplate suicide daily for the past month or so. I have been assessed by a brilliant private physio, who says I do NOT have a mechanical back problem, no bone or muscle injury. I can even jump up and down on my right leg without causing pain! The level 50 pain only comes on when I walk, after I have been walking about 10 minutes. I can also raise both my legs at a 90 degree angle, stand on tiptoes, run, touch my toes, all the back tests, I have no problem with them. I also have high functioning Autism, which makes it hard for me to communicate with GPs and the like, but I have some support now, so I am trying again. I need to get this sorted, I am going mad from the pain, literally. I have been delirious from the pain, curled up in a ball, sobbing, unable to even put a coherent sentence together sometimes. I also have a past addiction to over the counter codeine, which left me not only unable to take opiates, but it also left me with a severe intolerance to paracetamol and ibuprofen as well, so I cannot take ANY pain relief!. I do use phoenix tears cannabis oil, which I have to get on the 'black market' but I know and trust the person who makes it, and it takes the pain away. If I have two caps of it, about an hour later, it takes ALL the pain away, leaves just a little tingle behind. I can't believe it myself, how a plant can do that, but it has saved my life. I hope that is allowed, because the law needs to change, they need to be allowed to prescribe it! It could stop so many people getting hooked on drugs like codeine in the first place!!!. It works for me, and without it I think I would be dead. It just eases it enough for me to walk my dog, who is my best friend and my saving grace, and it helps me sleep as well, free from agonizing leg and tailbone pain. When you see how many nerves pass through your pelvis, it makes sense that a mass, such as a fibroid, could press on those nerves, and cause pain like this. I am talking to the GP again very soon, I want them to investigate this as a potential gynae issue, because of the pelvic pain I am also getting on that side. I did find out it is possible to have a fibroid press on your back or sciatic nerve, or an ovarian cyst. Something called a 'pedunculated' fibroid, can sit at the back of your uterus and press on your spine, causing lower back pain. I really think this is what is happening to me, I really do, and it feels as if I am not being listened to. The other symptoms I have are Nausea on and off Feeling full after eating only a bit (early satiety) sometimes Worsening of the pain two weeks before my period, and a 'window' week in the middle of the month where the pain eases off almost completely, then it comes back with a vengeance two weeks before my period is due. These symptoms are VERY closely tied in with my monthly cycle. Bowel disturbances, occasional diarrhoea Feeling of pressure on right side when passing urine Brown discharge two weeks into cycle 'Delayed' period bleeding, which will start with brown discharge for up to a week before, then turn into a viciously painful, very heavy period! Passing large clots, easily the size of a 50p piece Feeling the 'urge' to open my bowels, but I do not need to Lower back pain on the right hand side which moves around, is not static on one spot Difficulty losing weight off my stomach. I am a bit overweight and have been on a very strict weight loss plan for about three months now, and weight has been steadily shifting off my legs, arms, face etc, but I haven't shifted much off my abdomen at all. I am having great difficulty losing that weight. Pain just above my right hip Pain in my hip joint Weakness in my right leg Numbness in my right foot Foot drops when walking starting in right foot, new this year Severe pain in my ankle Severe pain in my knee Severe pain in my buttock Severe pain in my tailbone which has almost made me vomit on several occasions. This is worse when laying in bed or standing up after bending. Sorry this is so long but I am at my wits end now :(
