Seborrhoeic Dermatitis on scalp

I’ve had this rash on the back of my head for as long as i can remember and it tends to worsen whenever i get my haircut. I’ve been to my doctor and he told me it was seborrhoeic dermatitis and prescribed me dandrazol which has helped slightly but i am looking for a better solution. Does anyone else suffer with this and if so what is the best way to get rid of it. Many thanks.
