Hi everyone

Had my second weigh in yesterday and although according to my scales I had only lost 1kg, the scales at the Health Centre showed a loss of 3kg bringing my total loss to 7kg in 2 months.

I could't believe it, I am eating well, having no nasty side effects and have lost over a stone already. My diabetic nurse was delighted as she told me it would not be easy to lose weight on my medication, but to give Orlistat a try.

Good luck to any other diabetics out there, I have struggled to lose weight for so long , it is fantastic to find something that works.
