Im not gonna get super deep into my story but pretty much ive had lots of health issues and urethral issues the past 6-8 months. Today i noticed this small rash on the center of my palm. Is this possibly secondary syphilis rash or something else?

The rash of secondary tends to be associated with a rash affecting both palms (not just one) and the soles of your feet as well as a generalised rash on your body. I can hardly see a rash on the palm of your right hand. If you’re worried about secondary syphilis, the most reliable way of diagnosis is a blood test.

Hi, thank you for the reply. So one of the symptoms I have been dealing with since around November is a rash on my thighs, butt, legs. This also started not long after a sexual encounter in October of 2019. Ive had pretty much every std test other then a syphilis blood test, all negative. Will prob arrange an appointment for one, just wanted to get some opinions first. As for the palm rash its only on my right palm and just appeared today.
you could possibly just have skin rashes and need skin care
