When people say see your THERAPIST!!!!! Chance would be a fine thing, what planet is that????

Many people on site do have therapists, although at this time treatment can be rare as Hens Teeth and we need to try and help ourselves while we await that telephone call, the assessment before you are given your first course of treatment.
On many occasions you will read discussions on how to help yourself, Your Therapist will will of course explain how to approach your fears or negative feelings,
You can take medications, have CBT and learn how to approach those problems you have discussed. It does not mean you cannot approach your problems yourself, by discussing other peoples pathways. You are given the tools to approach your problems it is up to e sufferer to take responsibility and learn from experience
A therapist is nice to have and is preferable to not having one, that does not stop you learning from here what to do to help yourself
