Does anyone take a single antibiotic at the same time as Catheterising? My Dr recommended me to take on Co-amoxclav to help prevent infection which I've had twice so far.
I do not. When I was catheterized in the Clinic I received the single dose antibiotic. On my own, at home, I simply wash my hands and self catheterize. Been doing this for four months now (and likely for the balance of my life)
