hi everyone i am new to the group, I suffer from anxiety but I am having a major spout at the minute feeling irritable and nervous over everything and no reason to be does any on have self help tips they do at home ?
Have a look at mindfullness on YouTube also headspace good to help you relax x
breath in and out through nose. Buteyko style is an example.
I learned at CBT that when your symtoms are happening dont run away from them, keep ur mind focused on them.
Wance u do that they disappear.
Ur anxiety will hit a high, but just remember what goes up has to come down, it wont last forever.
Easier said than done tho, i try this all the time but still get myself into a panic!
For my anxiety and panic attacks I like to drink decaffeinated tea. Nettle leaf and lemon balm have been big life savers. Theyre known to helo ease your mind and body. And I was never a fan of drinking tea till it helped my anxiety. Also the art of distraction is important. As soon as you start to feel symptoms, get up and look for something to do.
Hello,Poor you.Ok as a sufferer of this wretched Anxiety.Have you tried Reflexology or a massage with oils? Swimming too is very good & walking & yoga.Take a day at a time.Rescue remedy is great as well.Anyway hope this helps regards Amanda h

They are the chew sweets i got.
Do u recommend these? How many are u aloud a day?
