my left testicle is 3 -4 x regular size,hard, and extremely painful ,when i stand its much worse, almost unbearable i have had a fever for 3 days .i wanted to see my semen if there was blood and it turns out it looks like its filled with puss i am 32 and sexually active the pain shoots into my groin area also.
Need to go to the doctor seems to be chlamydia or gonorrhea. I am not a medical doctor. Best of luck to you.
