does anyone get tingling and crawling sensations all over their body? does anyone muscles give out and feel like jelly all over? does anyone lose sensation in mouth head and throat? i see a lot of physical symptoms from everyone but i dont see mine ! although test are coming back negative its making me nervous please share all of your symptoms please!
Mine is mainly head pressure. At its worst, it gets so bad to where it feels like my head is going to explode. I get tingly sensations sometimes too. Also extreme fatigue.
i have had anxiety for over 30 years and I can tell you that your symptoms are very common. I’ve had tingling and crawling sensations all over including my face, my muscles were so weak that I couldn’t get off the couch or walk, and I’ve had those loss of sensation in my mouth and my head felt like it was not in this world. I had brain fog, and just a really strange feeling in my head.Anxiety can produce hundreds of different symptoms not everybody will Have the same symptoms.
i know you were looking for reassurance but comparing symptoms with other people can actually make everything worse. It starts a cycle of thinking about all the symptoms that you and other people have and it’s just going to keep yours going and make them stronger. Plus when you think about other peoples symptoms you could actually begin to get some of those. if you were generally healthy but have anxiety, then your symptoms are related to that. your tests are negative. The symptoms are not the problem. The problem is unmanaged anxiety so you can get some support for that and the symptoms will begin to diminish. Take care
hi jan,
I just read your post about being so weak you couldn’t get off the couch or walk. like the op im currently going through it pretty bad. im not so weak that I can’t walk or anything, but I do in general feel weak.
also my appetite takes a huge hit when I get really anxious.
I’ve had loads of tests done as well, so far so good. my guts are in shambles currently, which is leading to even more tests.
im hoping its just my anxiety wreaking havoc on me…but I just wanted to say that your post brought my mind a little bit of comfort and im sure the op also.
thank you
Could not agree more. I have had all of your symptoms and more. Was hospitalised and bed bound for weeks. I looked and felt like I was dying, could not even walk up my stairs without nearly collapsing. Muscles would twitch uncontrollably and could visibly see them moving under my skin, the list is endless and I could write an endless list but I wont.
I know you are scared @t53062 but it really IS possible for anxiety to cause your issues. It is to do with the Central Nervous System and Hyperventillation & it is highly likely you are unaware of it too. It happened to me & several others on here too. You have had so many tests done and thankfully everything has come back clear.
You will be okay, as soon as you stop thinking it is something more you can begin to heal and calm your Nervous System. Try to focus on things you enjoy.
We are all different and stress manifests itself differently in all of us so no one person will match EXACTLY what you have but honestly I have had all of your symptoms and much, much more.
Hi,
I experience head pressure , foggy / fuzzy head and at worst vertigo. After a day at work my head feels like soup…
