This is a little embarrassing and strange ... but my clitorus has been very sensitive to the touch last few days , and really for no reason . Anyone else have this with menopause ?
Renee you mean like touched by clothes? type sensitive clitorus in menapause in google, theres stuff there that may answer your question maybe

I had something similar for a short while a few years ago. I asked my doctor as it was so odd. He said it was most likely due to surges in the hormone levels. Trust me..haven't had them since....so he may have been right. It passes.
