Sensitivity to rubber, coated plates, chalkboards, and styrofoam.

I decided to finally reach out to somebody because I’ve never met or heard of anybody else who has this. I’ve had it as long as I can remember. So basically certain surfaces such as balloons, coated plates, chalkboards and styrofoam I’m super sensitive to and when I feel or hear the sound of them being touched, I feel like I can’t take it. My heart starts beating hard and on some occasions for some reason, my mouth opens wide, almost involuntarily. This is greatly increased when my fingernails feel too long or my hands feel too dry or wrinkled after being wet too long. (I start to imagine touching it with my hands and even the thought makes me uncomfortable.) It’s bad enough that I do try to avoid them whenever I can, but I’m able to live with it and move past it; I would just rather not live with it at all.
I have heard of styrophobia and it’s a bit like that, except not as bad and styrofoam itself isn’t as bad as the other triggers.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be or know anybody that may have similar symptoms. I’ve tried talking to doctors about it but they always say it’s nothing. I know it’s clearly something or part of something bigger.
