Hi I understand there’s other forms of sensorimotor but i have the breathing one it’s taking over my life can’t even leave my room cause of it can you anyone help only on this sensorimotor breathing thanks

One possible way to deal with your hyper awareness of your breathing is to see it as a blessing instead of a curse. Breath awareness is a cornerstone of meditation. It’s possible that you have a repressed need to meditate and that by releasing that need through meditation, i.e. by trying to become enlightened, that you will be cured.
