sensory disturbances sertraline can anyone advise?

hi

ive suffered with panic attacks for about 8 years or so. I was taking citalopram for most of that time and it worked quite well and would have bouts of anxiety from time to time.

A few years ago i was advised to try sertraline by my doctor this worked great to begin with but then i got pretty anxious/stressed (new baby and new business) so then i was convinced i needed to try something else.

So i started taking fluxatine (not sure how to sell it?) anyway realised it wasnt for me and went back to sertraline, this was around 14-18months ago maybe.

Somewhere around this time my hands started to tingle like mad! i felt like i was going crazy and then i felt like it was affecting my brain and it would get triggered visually. almost like scratching on a chalk board would hurt your teeth seeing people rub there hands together would give me the most uncomfortable feeling ever!

since then i have lots of sensory disturbances hands lips nipples etc. it feels like someone has turned the volume up on my nervous system and these can also be trigged visually. Also it deffinaltey gets worse when im anxious or stressed but also it never goes away even when im calm and relaxed.

having spoke to my doctor again last week saying nothing has changed she suggested my 200mg of sertreline could be too much and to reduce it. so ive been doing 150mg daily instead of 200mg. im starting to feel abit dizzy and strange now. althought the first few days i felt good.

i hope this makes sense english isnt my strong point and please excuse the grammar!

any help would be appreciated
