ive been on sertaline for 4 weeks im sleeping loads better than i was, but the last week ive started having anxious feelings again , is this normal? im still on 25mg .
yes it’s perfectly normal to have anxious feelings again even if you’re on the medication. The medication‘s are not 100% all the time. They won’t always stop anxious feelings or anxious thoughts. But the fact that you were sleeping better is great. Even with medication, we have to manage our anxious feelings at times. that’s where changing our thinking comes in along with so many other coping skills for anxiety. have a great day today
