My doctor upped my dose of sertraline from 100 mg to 150 mg and put me on buspirone 7.5 mg 2x a day. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I have loss of appetite and a little nausea. Is this normal? I'm also taking alprazolam for anxiety when needed. Please advise if anyone has had this after getting dosage upped? I feel shaky and hopeless. How long should I hang in there?
Also, they state to take Buspirone with or without food. Would drinking a glass of milk with it in the morning be considered taking with food? My afternoon pill is easier since I've eaten but the morning one is a tough one.
